Indoor-Pak
Remote Refrigeration Systems That Utilize Safe CFC's and Water
Cooled Condensers
The
Airdyne "Indoor-Pak" water cooled refrigeration
systems are designed for indoor application for ease of installation
in multi-story buildings. Food service operators require dependable
refrigeration systems for walk-in coolers/freezers, under
counter refrigerators/freezers, refrigerated back bars, bottle
and draft beer coolers and ice machines.
"Indoor-Pak"
water-cooled refrigeration systems are factory engineered
utilizing safe CFC's for 2 to 24 compressors. Each compressor
is equipped with liquid line drier, sight glass, suction vibration
eliminator, head pressure control, high-low pressure control,
refrigerant receiver and water-cooled condenser. Water supply
and return headers are installed in the system with stubouts.
Each compressor is equipped with shut-off valves for supply
and return to isolate each system from main headers. All system
circuits are labeled for easy identification with system numbers,
refrigerant used and description of equipment being serviced.
"Indoor-Pak"
system requires only single point electrical connection from
factory mounted and pre-wired control panel complete with
main disconnect switch, compressor circuit breakers, fuses,
contactors, and time clocks. This substantially reduces up-front
construction costs for expensive multiple electrical power
lines and fused disconnects for each compressor.
Finally,
the unit is shipped to the job site with all components mounted,
thus reducing field installation time. The systems are tested
and assembled under strict quality control procedures, pressurized
and sealed with inert gas prior to shipment to insure a leak
free system.
